iPhone [Updated]

I hate lines, I hate people, but not enough apparently to not go out and buy myself an iPhone. I’ll post pics soon.

I’m shocked. What brought about the want/need to get one?

My other phone was on it’s last legs. Plus I’m a fan-boy and an idiot. In about a week, after I have used it consistently for a while, I’ll write my review/opinion.

But as a teaser, I will say this: the hype is pretty much valid. The most surprising thing is the screen. It is ridiculously bright and clear.

review, REVIEW!

Of anyone I know, when you say that something is valid, I believe it. I just hate “contracts”; the plan I have now is month and month … but then again, it looks amazing.

Aaron June 30, 2007 at roughly 4:40 pm

Well, I can completely understand the hesitation of having to commit to a two year contract. For the last two years I have been month to month. My thinking is this: if you are going to shell out $500-600 for a phone that is only good on a single network, you are going to want to get your money’s worth, so why not just stick with the same phone for two years.

The packaging that the phone comes in makes it all worth while though, from a complete design perspective.

are you having activation problems? My wife and I are. It’ been over a couple hours as of now and nothing. When you drop over 1g to buy a couple phones, you want them to at least somewhat work so you can play around with it.

If there is a issue, i wonder what the return policy is.

Aaron June 30, 2007 at roughly 6:03 pm

You have 14 days to return them. Plus if the boxes are opened you have to pay a 10% restocking fee.
