Abraham LincolnI’ve been reading America: The Last Best Hope, Volume I by William Bennett over the last few weeks and it’s given me a new-found appreciation for the amazing men that have been so influential in our nation’s formation. Abraham Lincoln — albeit obvious — is one man who has a large piece of that American formation pie.

Next in line in my reading list is Lincoln: A Life of Purpose and following that (upon it’s paperback release) is America: The Last Best Hope, Volume II. I’ve been on a history kick lately. It happens to me around election time. Plus it makes me feel smarter.

I finished up America last week and I’ve started into several design books instead of the Lincoln biography. I had started into the biography, but I realized I needed something different while I waited for America, Vol. II.

Go ahead and comment. I won't make fun of you too much.
